Time with your team
Around 60 minutes with a treatment coordinator, plus time with your Specialist Orthodontist to talk through your options.
A full digital assessment
An Invisalign® scan and, where needed, an X-ray to map your smile precisely. (Please note, X-rays aren’t taken at our Robina practice.)
Your personalised plan
A clear treatment plan and a finance plan tailored to you, so you leave knowing your options and the costs.
Health-fund friendly
If you have private health cover, we'll swipe your records on the day so you can claim on the spot.

Yes — completely. Your first consultation is complimentary and no-obligation for every patient, whatever your age. It’s simply a chance to meet your Specialist Orthodontist, explore your options and ask any questions, with no commitment to go ahead. If you do decide to start treatment, we’ll give you a clear, personalised quote with transparent payment options.
No referral is needed to see a Specialist Orthodontist — you’re welcome to book directly, whether you’re considering treatment for yourself or your child. If your dentist has referred you, that’s wonderful too: we’ll happily liaise with them throughout your care. You can read more on our dentist referrals page.
Not much at all. Bring your private health fund card if you have cover, so we can swipe your records on the day, along with any questions or concerns you'd like to talk through. If you've had orthodontic or dental treatment elsewhere, any previous records or referral letters are helpful — but please don't worry if you don't have them to hand.
Allow around an hour for your visit. You'll spend roughly 60 minutes with a treatment coordinator, who'll take your scans and photos and get to know your goals, plus dedicated time with your Specialist Orthodontist to talk through your options and answer your questions. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's possible.
Whichever is most convenient for you — you'll receive the same specialist care and warm welcome at all three of our Gold Coast practices in Benowa, Upper Coomera and Robina. Robina doesn't have on-site X-ray facilities, so on the rare occasion an X-ray is needed we'll simply arrange it at Benowa or Upper Coomera — nothing to worry about.
